Circa Theatre, Wellington

Commissioned by property developer Maurice Clarke to work on this project, Envirogroup designed, built and continues to maintain the heating, ventilation and gas services in Wellington’s Circa Theatre.

Taranaki: 217 - Student Accommodation Complex

Wellington’s Taranaki Street project involved developing a 141 bedroom, student accommodation complex in two stages. Undertaken for Vorstermans Architects, this design and build contract included heating, plumbing, drainage, gas and hot water.

Wellington City Bars – Leuven, Black Harp and Feathers

Contracted by Wellington businessman Russell Scott, Envirogroup was required to design and build air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems for these three inner city bars.

Russell, who believes it is essential to utilise quality, purpose-built systems, comments “Since developing our relationship with Envirogroup we don’t bother to go anywhere else. Every solution they have provided for our properties has been cost effective and simply works well”.

Te Wananga O Aotearoa – Porirua Campus

Our client requested that we provide an airconditioning solution for a 300 person auditorium in a compressed programme over the Christmas period for January opening. We satisfied our client’s expectations, met all building programme requirements and performance criteria. Ongoing support in the form of preventative maintenance is provided.

Nuplex Medismart Ltd

Tasked with the job of resolving plant issues, Envirogroup undertook to explore and redesign this customer’s existing plant. As a result, Nuplex now have plant that works effectively.
