Ducted heating systems
This cost effective, gas-fired method of heating your entire home
consists of a central heating unit connected to a series of air
outlets distributed throughout your house. Enjoy the benefits of
an even temperature when moving from room to room within your home.
Warm air is evenly and cleanly distributed and you control the temperature
with a simple thermostat.
Ducts can be installed either in the ceiling void or underfloor,
depending on space availability and house structure.

Central underfloor hydronic heating
This underfloor option, especially worth considering when building
a new home, consists of an underfloor pipe network which circulates
hot water throughout the house. We can work in conjunction with
your builders or developers to install the pipes as part of the
floor structure, so you can forget about installation and simply
move in to a new, warm and comfortable living environment.
In an existing home, space considerations and installation costs
could limit the suitability of this system.
Main advantages are:
- Even flow -absence of hot spots, draughts and cold areas, typical
of high intensity local heat sources
- Cost saving - the system heats space from the ground up, without
wasting unnecessary energy warming higher levels first
- Child friendly - there are no potentially dangerous hot surfaces
- Healthy - inhibits the growth of house dust mites
- Zero maintenance - pipes are corrosion-free for the life of
the home

Hydronic heating systems
An hydronic system is a network of hot water circulating either
through radiators and towel rails or through under-floor pipes.
A diesel or gas-fired boiler heats water and then pumps it through
the pipework system to the radiators or the other heating outlets.
Why radiators?
- Warm air is circulated gently as opposed to a fan driven heating,
reducing dust and pollen
- No moving parts allow a quiet operation and low maintenance
- Temperature control
- Variety of models and colours to match any environment
- The highly efficient boiler uses natural gas, which is the
lowest cost commercial fuel available. Together with the low maintenance
costs, this makes hydronic heat very economical over the life
of the system. Alternative fuels are available upon request.
Another concept in hydronic heating is the use of the domestic
hot water as a primary heating source. This saves in installation
costs for the average size home.
A significant advantage that this option presents is the opportunity
to combine heating with hot water provisions. The heating source
can be connected to a ring main providing hot water via smaller
branch pipes to all taps and heating units. If the outlet is not
a tap, water will pass through the device and return to the water
heater for reheating. Contact us to
